＊Easy-peasy 輕鬆得很、容易極了
“Do you know how to make a cake?”

“Of course, easy-peasy!”
「當然，小事一樁！」
＊“Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy”
是英國一個很有趣的俚語，是從1970年的一個英國洗潔劑廣告來的，是不是超可愛呢？
不費吹灰之力
-Extremely easy.
I was worrying too much. The exam turned out to be as easy as pie.
我根本白擔心了，這次考試超級簡單。
非常輕鬆、容易的事
-Something that is very easy to do.

＊Stress在這裡作動詞使用，意思是緊張、擔心，所以don’t stress就是要別人不要緊張、放輕鬆的意思。
Don’t stress over it. They’ll like you.
別緊張，他們會喜歡你的。
Don’t stress. I got a plan.
別擔心，我有一個計畫。
別慌張
＊Panic是驚慌失措的意思，don’t panic就是要你冷靜下來、別驚慌。
Don’t panic. Everything will work out in the end.
別驚慌，船到橋頭自然直。
放輕鬆
-To relax completely, or not allow things to upset you.
Chill out! It’s not the end of the world.
放輕鬆點！又不是世界末日。
放鬆點
-To become more relaxed and less serious.
＊可以用在氣氛緊張、需要緩和的時候。
Hey, lighten up! I was just joking.
嘿！放輕鬆點，我只是開玩笑的。
放輕鬆
-To relax and not use too much energy.
Take it easy. We still got 30 minutes left.
放輕鬆，我們還有30分鐘。
You’re pushing yourself too hard. Take it easy!
你把自己逼得太緊了，放鬆一點吧！
冷靜點、放鬆點
＊Chill pill是鎮靜丸的意思，但這句話當然不是叫你去吃藥，而是要你冷靜、放鬆一下！
We should both step back and take a chill pill.
我們應該各退一步、冷靜一下。
